What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. For orders placed via post we accept cheques.

What is the security check?

Every order placed by credit or debit card undergoes a security check with your card issuer to ensure that the details we have match up to their records and that your card isn't being used fraudulently. In the event of non-authorisation by your card issuer, we'll contact you to let you know.

When will my card be debited?

We debit your card when you place your order. If your goods aren't currently in stock, we will place on back-order or arrange a refund. We will contact you to discuss in the event of this situation.
